Will I get placement assistance?

myTectra is providing 100% placement assistance on our key courses. We help you with the career counselling, Exams on Key courses, Mock Interviews and Technical Interviews Tips.

Can I attend a demo session before enrollment?

Yes. We arrange a free demo for all the courses either in the Classroom or Live-Online demo. Please fill the demo request form below to schedule a free demo.

What if I miss a class?

You will never miss a lecture at myTectra. You can choose either of the two options:

Classroom Training:

  • If you miss one or few classes we can give a backup class based on trainer and your convenient time. 
  • In case if you miss many classes, we can reschedule your class with upcoming batches or other running batches based on how many courses topics you have completed so far.

Live-Online Training:

  • View the recorded session of the class available in your LMS.
  • You can attend the missed session, in any other live batch.

How can I access the recording sessions of my classes?

You can access the recording sessions through the Learning Management System (LMS) at lms.mytectra.com. Use the credentials provided by the myTectra customer service team to log in.

What should I do if I forgot my LMS login credentials?

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page of lms.mytectra.com or contact myTectra support to reset your credentials.

How can I access my certificate of completion?

You can access your certificates of completion by visiting certificates.mytectra.com. Use the credentials provided to log in and view your certificates or the certificate number to view the certificate. 

Can I download my certificates?

Yes, you can download your certificates as PDF, PNG, QR Code, Json  files directly from the certificate portal.

How can I access my invoice and order details?

You can access and download your invoice and order details by logging into erp.mytectra.com using the credentials provided by the myTectra customer service team.

Where can I find my invoices and orders once I log in?

After logging in, navigate to the "Orders" or "Invoices" section to view and download your order and billing details.

Is there technical support if I have trouble accessing the ERP portal?

Yes, myTectra provides technical support for login or access-related issues with the ERP portal. Please contact customer support team for assistance.

What are the payment options available at myTectra?

myTectra accepts payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers, PayPal, Wise International Money Transfer App, and more. Specific details are provided during the payment process.

Will I receive an invoice for my payment?

Will I receive an invoice for my payment?

Yes, an official invoice is sent to the registered email address once the enrollment is successfully completed in our ERP system.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with a course?

Are there any additional charges or taxes on the course fee?

The course fee may be subject to applicable taxes, including GST. The total amount, including taxes, is displayed before completing the payment.
